Do my customers need to create an account?+

No. They pick a time, tell you about their pet, and pay a deposit if you ask for one. That's it.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?+

Never. You pay £9.99 a month. Deposits go straight into your own Stripe account; Stripe's standard card fee (from 1.5% + 20p) is the only deduction.

I only have a Facebook page. Is that enough?+

Yes. Your Pawsome booking page is your website for bookings. Put the link wherever your customers already find you.

How does the free trial work?+

Setting up is free. When you go live, your 14 days start: we take a card but charge £0, email you before the first payment, and you can cancel in two clicks.

What about customers who phone or message?+
