Who we are

Pawsome Booking provides online booking software to pet-care businesses. When you book with a business through Pawsome Booking, that business is the data controller for your booking, contact and pet details, and Pawsome Booking processes them on its behalf as a data processor.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, optional address and emergency contact, and the details you give about your pet (including any health or behaviour notes), plus the appointments you book.

Why

To arrange and manage your appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and let the business care for your pet safely. The lawful basis is performance of a contract and the business's legitimate interests.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe directly on the business's own Stripe account. We never see or store your card number.

Where data is stored

Data is stored in the UK/EU with our hosting providers (database, hosting and email), under appropriate data-processing agreements.

Your rights

You can ask the business you booked with to access, correct or delete your data. You can also contact us, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We only use a strictly necessary cookie to keep business users signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
